Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your collecting needs:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes full tracking

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition. Please review our policy carefully to ensure eligibility.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact
  • No signs of assembly, painting, or modification
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their collectible nature, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened garage kits (from “Garage Kits” category)
  • Assembled or painted scale models (from “By Completion Level” categories)
  • Electronic components (from “Parts, Electronics & Accessories”)
  • Plushie accessories with removed tags

Return Process

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our collector support team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Securely package the item(s) using original packaging materials
  4. Ship the return to our US address (provided in authorization email) using a trackable service
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refund Information

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after return inspection
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • For exchanges, replacement ships after return is received

Damaged or Defective Items

If your collectible arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
