While we carefully inspect every scale figure, garage kit, and plushie before shipment, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact
  • Items must not show signs of assembly, painting, or modification
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: Due to their collectible nature, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened garage kits (including all parts from the “Garage Kits” category)
  • Assembled or painted scale models (from “By Completion Level” categories)
  • Electronic components (from “Parts, Electronics & Accessories”)
  • Plushie accessories with removed tags

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our collector support team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging materials
  4. Ship the return to our US address (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once the return is received

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Our team cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. The return address will be provided in your return authorization email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your collectible arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  3. In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
