Returns & Damaged Items

If your collectible arrives damaged (extremely rare with our packaging standards), contact [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Photos of damaged packaging/item
  • Preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

Note: Opened garage kits and assembled models cannot be returned due to manufacturer policies.
